Company

Carver Automation is the company behind ServiceRadar.

We're an open-source product company. We build ServiceRadar in the open under Apache 2.0, and Carver Automation Corporation provides the managed Cloud, enterprise support, and professional services that make it production-ready for any team.

Our mission: give every operator real-time visibility into their network. Open, auditable, and reliable enough to trust in the hardest-to-reach places.

Network Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of devices, services, and links across distributed, constrained environments, with cloud-based alerting that keeps working through network and power outages.

Network Management

Automated discovery and topology mapping over SNMP, LLDP, CDP, and vendor APIs, plus Ansible automation that runs AWX/AAP playbooks against your live inventory.

Security Analytics

Inventory the software on every endpoint, correlate it against CVE, CISA KEV, and live threat intel, and attribute flows to processes. You know what's exposed and what's actually being exploited.

ITOM

Run Ansible AWX/AAP playbooks against your live inventory, on demand or on a schedule, with live per-host telemetry. One operational data layer ties it together, queryable with SRQL.

How we work

We build in the open. ServiceRadar is developed as a public, Apache 2.0 project, and we favor open protocols, open data, and architecture that teams can reason about and audit under load.

Our commercial work, the managed Cloud, enterprise support, and professional services, exists to make that open platform effortless to run in production, not to lock you in.

What matters

  • AI-native operations: ask questions, surface anomalies, and forecast capacity with AI grounded in your real data.
  • Open source first: the full platform is Apache 2.0 and yours to run.
  • Built for the edge, where networks are constrained and outages are normal.
  • Security and auditability by default, from sandboxed plugins to mTLS everywhere.

The founding team.

Carver Automation was founded by engineers and operators who have spent their careers building the kinds of systems ServiceRadar now helps other teams run.
